Rodillian Sixth Form celebrates impressive A-Level results for the Class of 2023
Rodillian Sixth Form students eagerly received their A-Level results on Thursday 17 August, marking the culmination of their dedication and hard work over the previous academic years.
Among the remarkable outcomes from this year's A-Level cohort, a staggering 82% of students attained grades ranging from A* to C, achieving far above the national average of 75.4%. Alongside this, almost three quarters of students secured their first-choice university place.
Alex Williams, Head of Sixth Form at the Rodillian Academy, said: "These results are a reflection of the commitment and dedication that our students have demonstrated throughout their time at Rodillian Sixth Form.
“It is also a testament to the unwavering support from staff at the Sixth Form, who are immensely proud of our students’ accomplishments and are confident that they will excel in their next chapter – whether that be at university, within an apprenticeship, employment or other.”
The success of the Class of 2023 serves as an inspiration to both current and future students, reinforcing the Academy and Rodillian Multi Academy Trust’s ethos of resilience and developing a growth mindset.
Andy Goulty, Chief Executive at the Rodillian Multi Academy Trust, said: “It is fantastic to see students receive impressive results which rewards the hard work and resilience shown over the past academic years.
“Their success continues to motivate us to deliver the highest standards of education across the Trust, providing an innovative curriculum to create confident and motivated learners with the skills to be successful academically, and within life after the Academy.”
